Hi, I’m Andreea
owner & lead designer.
Born in Romania, raised in Toronto and now living in Waterloo with my 2 children, Vivian and Finn and awesome hubby, Chris.
I’m an interior designer by trade and moved into the wedding industry in 2012 when I often found myself designing florals for friends and family. I fell in love with the creativity and intentionality of floral design and that’s when Wild Vogel was born.

Flowers have an innate way of communicating with us on so many occasions. They bring joy to the eye and tenderness to the soul. Wild Vogel has been in my mind in some form or another since I was child— running around our family summer house in Romania, among wildflowers as far as the eye can see. Playing flower shop over lemonade stand and inviting my dolls for parties, all adorned with floral crowns, of course. Wood beamed ceilings, cane goods and stone met with heavy linens and wool rugs were my earliest contact with the natural world and that feeling of nature all around me is something I still strive to have in my life now and showcase in my floral works through movement and intention.
